of the importance of public transport in promoting social
inclusion; and expertise in making public transport services

front line staff, and people experiencing disadvantage and
social exclusion
Expertise in strategic development and
planning
The ability to write jargon free and
accessible reports, achievable action plans, briefing papers,
clear guidance and fact sheets, for key audiences
